Our delivery options, shown at checkout, are:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually 3–4 working days. Free for all orders!
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: usually 2–3 working days. Costs £2.99.
- Courier Express (order by 12:00): usually 1-2 days. Costs £5.99.

Yes. You’ll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link. If you haven’t seen it within one working day of ordering (Mon–Fri, before 12:00), please check your spam/junk folder or contact us and we’ll resend the link.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update the address, change items, or cancel for a refund. We move fast, soget in touch as soon as possiblewith your order number. Once dispatched, we can’t amend the parcel, but we can help with returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, just get in touch with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll fix it quickly — whether that means a replacement, refund, or advice on next steps.

- Change of mind / wrong size: return unused items in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
- Faulty or damaged: we’ll repair/replace or refund promptly (we cover return postage for faults).
- How to start a return: contact us with your order number and reason; we’ll send simple instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once received and checked (usually within 3–5 working days).
