Shipping policy
Shipping Information:
All orders are tracked from the moment they are dispatched from our Somerset warehouse which is situated just outside the wonderful town of Frome. As soon as your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you'll be able to keep an eye on your order every step of the way.
Shipping Options:
You have three choices for shipping.
Standard - we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours for most of our orders. This is offered free to you.
Priority Tracked - we offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 hours as a quicker but still cost effective option.
Express Courier - we also offer a DPD Tracked Express for those who would prefer delivery via a reputable courier instead of the Royal Mail.
Handling Time:
The handling time (ie the time between when an order is placed and when it gets shipped), is typically the same day for orders placed before midday, and next working day if placed afterwards.
Liability:
We cannot be responsible if there is any delay caused by:
- strikes
- weather conditions
- error in your address when you placed your order
- if nobody is there to receive the order (even if someone was there but the delivery courier says otherwise)
